Administrative Specialist (Holland)

What You’ll Do:
• Enter order data into proprietary systems
• Communicate delivery updates to business customers (this is all B2B)
• Resolve order issues via phone/email
• Answer inbound calls professionally
• Coordinate shipping & delivery timelines
• Jump in to support where needed — team players thrive here!
What You Bring:
• Expert-level communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Admin or customer service experience (preferred)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
