Shift: 1st Shift

Pay: $15.25 per hour

Job Summary

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking an Assembly worker to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us to assemble high-quality aluminum parts for a multitude of diverse industries and contribute to the company's continued growth.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Assembly worker, your core responsibilities will include:

• Part Assembly : Working as part of a team to efficiently assemble aluminum parts.
• Quality Control : Performing basic quality checks on components to ensure they meet standards.
• Safety & Cleanliness : Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following all established guidelines.

In addition, you will also be expected to learn other assembly processes and adapt to new production methods as needed.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• Ability to stand throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds regularly

Skills:

• Teamwork : To effectively collaborate with colleagues to assemble parts efficiently.
• Attention to Detail : To perform quality checks and ensure parts meet all required specifications.
• Willingness to Learn : To master current processes and be able to learn new skills and processes.
