Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies across manufacturing operations.
  • Identify, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Coach and mentor employees at all levels on CI principles, tools, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Manage a portfolio of continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and realization of benefits.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of CI initiatives and sustain gains.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and accountability throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in continuous improvement roles within manufacturing operations.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt (MBB).
  • Demonstrated expertise in Lean manufacturing principles, value stream mapping, Kaizen, and other CI methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams to drive sustainable process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering measurable results.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Minitab)
  • Experience integrating Industry 4.0 technologies into continuous improvement initiatives
