Job Description: **Service Now - Gen AI Assist Developer**
Job Type: **Remote and any US locations** (Eastern time zone work hours)
A ServiceNow GenAI Assist Developer designs, builds, and deploys Generative AI (GenAI) solutions and AI-driven workflows on the ServiceNow platform using tools like Now Assist.
This role focuses on leveraging AI to automate tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience across various enterprise functions.
Key Responsibilities:
**Design and Development: **
Design, build, and deploy GenAI solutions and AI-powered applications on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and production-ready.
**Now Assist Implementation: **
Implement and customize specific Now Assist features, including AI Search, Virtual Agent (GenAI-based), and summarization capabilities for incidents, cases, and chats.
**Workflow Automation:**
Build intelligent workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and custom scripts to automate incident, request, and knowledge management processes.
**Integration: **
Integrate ServiceNow with external Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Google Cloud AI) and other third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
