Salary Range: $102,000 - $149,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure efficient material flow and inventory management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing manufacturing operations, including production, supply chain, and quality control.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced production environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, production planning, and inventory management.
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., ISO).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, IoT)
• Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Background in supply chain management or logistics
