Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies and initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies.
• Facilitate and lead cross-functional improvement projects (e.g., Kaizen events, value stream mapping, 5S) from conception to completion.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on CI principles, tools, and techniques.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and sustainability of improvement efforts.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with department managers to ensure alignment and successful integration of CI projects.

Recommended Qualifications

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) or Master Black Belt (LSSMBB).
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, SMED).
• Proven ability to utilize data analysis tools and statistical methods for problem-solving and process optimization.
• Strong project management, change management, and cross-functional team leadership skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for data extraction and process optimization.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile methodologies (CSM).
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT, and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
