Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train quality control technicians and inspectors.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, specifications, and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve non-conformances, defects, and customer quality complaints.
• Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) effectively.
• Conduct regular product and process audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze quality data and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and relevant industry standards.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or equivalent lead auditor certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience implementing or optimizing QMS software solutions
