Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, TPM) across manufacturing operations.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of CI projects and sustain gains.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to employees at all levels on CI methodologies and tools.
• Manage a portfolio of CI projects, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and achievement of desired outcomes.
• Drive the development and standardization of best practices and robust work instructions throughout the production process.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset within the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Standard Work).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and change management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience integrating Continuous Improvement principles with Industry 4.0 technologies or automation projects.
• Formal certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci).
