Salary Range: $139,000 - $190,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets and deadlines are met.
• Develop and manage the plant budget, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and environmental compliance standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of production and support staff.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements for all manufactured products.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure material availability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership or operations management role.
• Strong understanding and application of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive P&L performance for a manufacturing facility.
• Expertise in health, safety, environmental (HSE) regulations and quality management systems.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• MBA or Master's degree in a related technical field
• Experience leading operations in a unionized manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
