Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations and company policies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, procedures, and policies for manufacturing operations.
• Conduct EHS risk assessments and job hazard analyses to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
• Lead incident investigations for accidents, near misses, and environmental excursions, implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for all employees.
• Manage hazardous waste streams and ensure proper disposal and record-keeping.
• Perform regular EHS audits and inspections to identify non-compliance and areas for improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related science/engineering field
• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations
• Professional certification such as CSP, CIH, or CHMM
• Experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001)

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma certification/experience in process improvement.
• Experience with sustainability initiatives, ESG reporting, or carbon footprint reduction programs.
• Proficiency with advanced EHS management software platforms (e.g., Intelex, Cority, Sphera).
• Previous experience managing EHS across multiple manufacturing sites or in a global context.
