Field Supervisor
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

We are seeking a hardworking, goal-oriented, full-time Waterproofing Construction Supervisor to join our Basement Waterproofing Team!
Unique Construction Supervisor Opportunity for Motivated Individual:
Job Specifications include, but not limited to:
- Basement Waterproofing or foundation experience is a must
- Ability to complete service Work
- Supervising onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship
- Protecting the customer experience throughout the installation process
- Maintain a field presence 80% of the time
- Office responsibilities 20% of the time
Income & Benefits:
- Weekly Base Salary of over $1,000 per week + Monthly BONUS Opportunity
- Full Benefits Package and 401k
- Travel expenses will be covered
- Advancement & realistic, upward mobility
We will provide tools and equipment as necessary, but it is a huge plus if you have your own hand tools and power tools.
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to lift 65lbs
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
- Management experience
