Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure food quality, guest satisfaction, and team excellence
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to foster a positive work culture
• Monitor and manage labor, food costs, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Drive sales and implement local marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service restaurant preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
