YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As our full-time Purchasing Manager, you'll lead sourcing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with aerospace standards. You'll collaborate with engineering and production teams to forecast demand, manage inventory, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Your leadership will guide purchasing staff and strengthen vendor relationships-all while keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field
• 5+ years of purchasing experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Familiarity with AS9100, NADCAP, and DFARS requirements
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
