Take the Lead as a Hardscape Foreman – Shape the Outdoors with Us!

This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead a talented team , work with top-of-the-line equipment and make a visible impact on every project. If you’re a natural leader with a love for hardscaping and a drive for excellence, we want you on our team!

Your Role:

• Oversee the installation of beautiful hardscape designs that transform outdoor spaces.

• Interpret and implement scaled prints with precision and attention to detail.

• Lead and manage a crew to maximize efficiency, productivity, and provide on-the-job training.

• Engage with customers and homeowners, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout each project.

• Operate and maintain equipment like bucket trucks, mini-excavators, skids, trucks, trailers, and hand tools.

• Collaborate effectively with managers and team members to ensure smooth project execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 5 years of experience in leading hardscape construction with a team to complete paver patios, paver walls, natural stone and boulder projects.

• Able to safely operate a skidsteer, excavator, and dump truck.

• Able to use a transit, brick saw, compactor, and other tools to complete projects accurately.

• Able to read and interpret blue prints and designs.

• Valid driver’s license with a Chauffeur endorsement and a medical card.

• A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills that create a supportive work environment.
