Job description:

Office Admin – Full-Time (In-Office).

Location : Dearborn, MI.
Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Day Shift.
Job Type : Full-Time | In Person.

Position Overview:

Captain Jay’s is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Admin to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, growing organization. This role is ideal for a professional early in their career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in executive support, office administration, and business operations while working closely with leadership.

This position offers direct exposure to multiple departments and long-term growth potential for the right candidate.

Core Responsibilities :

• Provide daily administrative and executive support , including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning.
• Organize and prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents with a high level of accuracy.
• Manage accounts payable and payables processing , ensuring timely and organized recordkeeping.
• Handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong organizational standards.
• Support leadership by making routine decisions and resolving issues as needed.
• Assist with cross-department communication to keep projects and workflows moving efficiently.
• Take on additional administrative and operational tasks as business needs evolve.
• Open and close the office - manage tasks and staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Coordinator preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
