Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Oversee the timely repair and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Manage the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with production management to minimize operational disruption during maintenance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; PLC troubleshooting.
• Proven experience implementing and managing CMMS and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a skilled maintenance team.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with implementing advanced maintenance strategies (e.g., RCM, TPM)
• Proficiency in advanced CMMS administration and optimization
• Experience with automation, robotics, or advanced control systems
