IQMS Consultant

Description We are looking for an experienced IQMS Consultant to join our team in Port Huron, Michigan. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with end-users, providing technical and functional support while enhancing system efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IQMS systems and reporting tools, along with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and user training. Responsibilities: - Provide technical and functional support to users, addressing their inquiries and offering on-demand training as required. - Diagnose and resolve system issues effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. - Manage and troubleshoot break/fix issues within the IQMS system to maintain system reliability. - Assist with reporting needs using built-in IQMS reporting features and support ad hoc report creation, particularly with Crystal Reports. - Collaborate with in-house Power BI specialists for advanced reporting requirements. - Ensure system security by managing user access controls and permissions, safeguarding sensitive information. - Perform system maintenance for onsite versions of IQMS across multiple locations. - Analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for system improvements and implement solutions. - Act as a liaison between technical teams and end-users to ensure seamless communication and understanding. Requirements - A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with IQMS systems, demonstrating attention to detail. - Strong expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical issues within ERP platforms. - Proficiency in Crystal Reports and familiarity with business reporting tools such as Power BI. - Demonstrated ability to provide effective user training and support. - Solid understanding of system security, including managing access controls. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate user feedback into actionable solutions. - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical teams and end-users. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
