Salary Range: $114,000 - $163,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects within the manufacturing facility.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes, equipment, and product quality.
• Provide technical expertise and strategic direction for complex engineering challenges and solutions.
• Manage department budget, resources, and capital equipment investments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support production goals and new product introductions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and automation, with a strong technical background in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., mechanical, electrical, industrial).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects from concept to completion, including budget and timeline accountability.
• Proficiency in implementing and driving continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve intricate manufacturing challenges.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with ERP or PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Siemens Teamcenter).
• Demonstrated experience with automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
