We're looking for a motivated Real Estate Recruiter to help us find, attract, and onboard top-performing agents to our thriving real estate brokerage. You’ll play a critical role in our company's growth by sourcing talent, nurturing relationships, and guiding candidates through the recruiting process—from first contact to onboarding.

$65,000+ & bonus income

• Source, screen, and interview potential real estate agents through a variety of channels
• Manage and track leads using our CRM and applicant tracking systems
• Schedule and conduct recruiting calls, interviews, and follow-ups
• Promote our brand and company culture to prospective agents
• Coordinate with team leaders and brokers to identify hiring needs
• Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of recruiting, sales, or real estate experience preferred
• Knowledge of the real estate industry or a strong desire to learn
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM, applicant tracking, or recruiting software
• Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to hit recruiting goals
• Real estate license (preferred but not required)
