What You'll Do

As a Recruitment Associate , you'll play a key role in identifying and attracting talent while helping agency owners grow their businesses.

• Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, communication skills, and career goals.

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Partner with Farmers agency owners to understand their hiring needs and recommend qualified candidates.

• Manage candidate pipelines using recruiting and CRM systems.

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout each stage of the hiring process.

• Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and pipeline performance.

• Continuously learn and implement recruiting strategies to improve results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, sales, or customer service.

• Experience using CRM or applicant tracking systems is a plus.

• Interest in recruiting, human resources, sales, or business development.

• Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required.
