Job Title: Recruiter

Location: 26701 Telegraph Rd, Southfield, MI 48033

Hybrid: 3 days in office

Timings: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; 30 Minutes Lunch

Assignment minimum of 6 months, could be longer

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in automotive or manufacturing recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc..
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc..
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors).
• Collaborates with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, provide updates, and ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
