Community Living Support Specialist | No Weekends & Nights!

Location: Holland, MI Pay: Starting at $17.13/hr Schedule: Monday – Friday (Full-Time or Part-Time)

As a CLS Specialist, you aren't just "providing care"-you are a bridge to independence. You are the person who helps someone with intellectual or developmental disabilities navigate their world, build new skills, and find their voice.

Your day-to-day might look like:

• Exploring the Community: Helping someone find a great volunteer spot or a new hobby.

• Building Independence: Teaching the "art" of a great home-cooked meal or managing a shopping trip.

• Being an Advocate: Ensuring the people we serve are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve.

• Celebrating Wins: Whether it's hitting a personal safety goal or mastering a new task, you are there to cheer them on.
