As a **Security Officer - Auto Patrol** in **Clinton, MS** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within an automotive environment, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure atmosphere. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the automotive facility in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including business areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity.
+ Observe for and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or security-related concerns within the automotive environment.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
+ Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and/or staff while maintaining a presence throughout the automotive location.
+ Follow all policies, procedures, and instructions provided by Allied Universal and the site regarding security-related responsibilities.
+ Assist with access control and enforce site rules as directed by Allied Universal and/or the site management.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least one year of security-related experience is required.
+ The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
+ The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
