$20 per hour

Shift
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Carpet, Duct & Restoration Technician to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you will provide high-quality carpet, upholstery, tile, air duct cleaning, and restoration services for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, delivers excellent customer service, and maintains a professional attitude on every job site while ensuring services are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Perform carpet, rug, upholstery, tile, and air duct cleaning services
Respond to water, fire, and mold restoration projects including extraction, drying, demolition, and basic repairs
Set up and monitor drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers
Inspect job sites and determine appropriate cleaning and restoration methods
Operate and maintain cleaning and restoration equipment and service vehicles
Communicate clearly with customers regarding services, timelines, and recommendations
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets company quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and company policies while on job sites
Assist team members as needed to complete projects on schedule

Key Qualifications
Previous carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, or restoration experience preferred (IICRC certification a plus)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various environments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
