**Key Qualifications:**- Proficiency in complex computer systems, including system administration, error code interpretation, and power supply replacement.
- Strong ability to synthesize information from various sources.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with strong communication capabilities (written, verbal, and presentational).
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
- Associate degree in a technical/electronics field or equivalent experience.
- Technical Certification (CBET) preferred.
