Job Summary

The Daily Deals Support Specialist provides seasonal operational and administrative support to the Daily Deals team during high-volume periods. This role assists with order processing, inventory tracking, reporting, store communications, and promotional support to help ensure smooth day-to-day execution across Daily Deals operations.

This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in retail operations, order management, and inventory support while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

A Sample of the Role:

• Support Daily Deals order processing, inventory tracking, item setup, and product record maintenance
• Assist with reporting, data entry, spreadsheet updates, and accuracy checks across Daily Deals operations
• Provide administrative and customer support to store managers and internal teams, including order updates and delivery communication
• Help coordinate activities between Daily Deals, warehouse, repack, purchasing, and sales teams
• Assist with ad reviews, product photo organization, and approved social media content support
• Monitor Facebook activity and escalate customer questions or concerns as needed
• Support receiving documentation, seasonal initiatives, special projects, and general operational needs

• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating across teams

Compensation:

• Starting hourly rate $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
