Morning Part-Time Custodian
Part-Time Custodian.
Monday-Friday: 5 am to 9 am | 20 hours weekly.
Duties:
- These positions will perform cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Removing Trash.
- Dusting.
- Vacuuming.
- Mopping.
- Disinfecting restrooms.
- Understands and gives verbal or written instructions.
- Reads chemical, biological, or radioactive warning signs.
- Removes snow with a shovel or snow blower.
- Retains training information required for custodial methods, equipment, and products.
- Works with student employees and communicates and interacts with the University community.
- Serves as a liaison with the Department of Public Safety.
- Maintains product inventory.
- Makes independent decisions to accomplish acceptable cleaning standards using appropriate methods, products, and equipment.
- This position will engage in high-performing, leading-edge practices, valuing people, partners, and stewardship.
