Practice Highlights:

• 4-day workweek: 3 clinic days + 1 OR day (additional block time available)
• Brand-new Da Vinci XI robot with strong GYN surgical volume
• ~200 annual deliveries with low acuity and 10 days of call per month
• Shared call with midwife and internal coverage support
• Dedicated ultrasound suite and six exam rooms onsite
• Experienced team of NPs, nurses, and full anesthesiology support
• Guaranteed base salary starting at $450K with RVU bonuses and incentive options. Bonus potential up to $50K.
• Full benefits package with sign-on bonus, relocation, CME stipend, and more
• Open to full-time, part-time, or creative scheduling models
• Optional 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off model
• Future practice ownership opportunity

Currently they have one FTE- retiring at the end of October, one PTE who does one week on/one week off and one other FTE. Also they are exploring adding mid-wives
