Hourly pay range $ 30-33
Job Responsibilities

• Supervisor is expected to work closely with Superintendent and Plant Manager to ensure the following:
• Responsible for supervising all operations:
• Inbound, outbound, and claims processing
• Responsible for delivering objectives including but not limited to:
• Cover crews in supervisor's absence
• Attend, facilitate, and submit proper documentation for crew meetings
• Prepare/maintain work related records as needed
• Schedule workforce (including overtime and vacation)
• Champion and lead continuous improvement initiatives toward best-in-class performance
  

Job Requirements

• 1+ years of previous supervision experience
• Associate Degree
