Role:

In this role, you'll work closely with the Agency Director to lead the day-to-day operations of the HSCB and ensure its mission is not only met but expanded. You'll be the central coordinator, facilitator, and strategist behind a network of local agencies, community partners, and government stakeholders working together to strengthen human services across the county. This position is also involved in the management of HUD Grants and other housing initiatives.

As the engine behind strategic planning, you'll guide the HSCB in setting long-term goals, launching new initiatives, and evaluating progress. You'll provide training and technical support to local partners, help develop new programs and services, and facilitate staff assigned to HSCB operations.

Job Specific Requirements:

This position will require some weekend and evening hours.

Qualifications and Experience :

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Public Administration, Planning, Community Development, Public Health, Nursing, or other related field or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Public Administration, Planning, Community Development, Public Health, Nursing, or other related field

Minimum of three years full-time experience in government, for-profit, or nonprofit organization delivering human service/health care, education, or other public services. Supervisory experience preferred. Experience in community development work, public relations, program development and evaluation, project and data collection and management, strategic planning, and group facilitation is desired.
