Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles.
• Mentor and coach employees at all levels in problem-solving techniques and CI methodologies.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across manufacturing operations.
• Standardize best practices and implement visual management systems for sustained gains.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools, and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Root Cause Analysis, 8D).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, drive cultural change, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and operational excellence principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Master Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT, or automation integration in manufacturing processes
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
