We're seeking an experienced Process Technician to join a growing medical device manufacturer in Clinton Township. If you enjoy optimizing injection molding processes, troubleshooting production issues, and improving efficiency, this could be an excellent long-term opportunity.
This company offers a clean, climate-controlled work environment, low turnover, and a consistent Monday through Friday third shift schedule.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Training conducted on first shift (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) for several weeks
What You'll Do
- Monitor and optimize injection molding processes
- Troubleshoot molding defects and process issues
- Adjust processing parameters to maintain product quality
- Support production by improving cycle times and minimizing scrap
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to maximize equipment performance
- Maintain consistent product quality throughout production runs
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Process Technician experience
- Injection molding experience required
- Experience troubleshooting molding processes
- Strong understanding of molding parameters and process optimization
- Ability to work independently on third shift
