In this role, you will:
- Assist in installing motorized screens, pergola systems, and shade structures for outdoor living spaces.
- Perform light carpentry work, including framing, trim, and finishing tasks to support custom builds.
- Help install outdoor kitchens, appliances, and cabinetry, ensuring precision and functionality.
- Set up and test outdoor audio systems, lighting, and other low-voltage components.
- Collaborate closely with lead technicians and project managers to ensure each installation meets ZLM’s standards of excellence.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites and assist with loading/unloading tools, materials, and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with teammates and clients to ensure clear expectations and satisfaction.
- Demonstrate physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work safely in outdoor environments year-round.
