Salary Range: $64,000 - $97,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for finished goods and components.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and supply chain to gather market intelligence.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional plans to refine forecasts.
• Provide demand input for the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify root causes for significant deviations.
• Manage forecast models and utilize demand planning software effectively.
• Support inventory optimization by providing reliable demand signals to production planning.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning software (e.g., Kinaxis, IBP).
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to apply statistical forecasting methods and interpret data.
• Demonstrated understanding of S&OP processes and end-to-end supply chain principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced planning systems (APS) such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or Anaplan.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience forecasting new product introductions (NPI) or promotional demand.
