Salary Range: $139,000 - $190,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all daily plant operations to achieve production targets and operational excellence.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Manage plant budget, control costs, and identify opportunities for financial optimization.
• Develop, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee maintenance and reliability programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and uptime.
• Implement and maintain robust quality control systems to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in manufacturing operations leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing plant budgets and P&L.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Solid understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant engineering or business field
• Demonstrated experience leading significant automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Multilingual proficiency, particularly in languages common to the local workforce
