Salary Range: $48,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues with machinery using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and calibrations to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Document all service activities, repairs, parts used, and customer interactions accurately and completely.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements while on client sites.
• Travel extensively to various customer locations, often on short notice, to provide timely service.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair skills.
• 2+ years of experience in field service or maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes) and hand/power tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a focus on problem resolution.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively to customer sites.

Bonus Qualifications

• Exposure to PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) or HMI/SCADA systems.
• Experience with advanced diagnostic tools such as thermal imaging, vibration analysis, or laser alignment equipment.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to international clients or diverse workforces.
• Prior experience training customers or junior technicians on equipment operation and maintenance.
