Salary: $110,000/year + $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do:

• Conduct functional assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland) and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Monitor data, adjust programming, and communicate progress with families.
• Deliver services in-clinic, in-home, and/or via telehealth.
• Collaborate with schools, physicians, and other providers.
• Maintain BACB ethics compliance and Michigan licensure standards.

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB (required).
• Michigan state licensure as a Behavior Analyst (required).
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with ASD.
• Strong family communication and team collaboration skills.
