**Role Summary**
The Operational Readiness Lead will support large-scale, complex, and cross-functional initiatives within US Employer Portfolio Core Solutions. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end operational readiness and change management across impacted internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and skilled facilitator who ensures seamless execution and adoption of business changes.
**Responsibilities**
+ Partner with matrixed organizations toidentifyoperational impacts and readiness needs.
+ Develop,maintainand executecomprehensiveOperational Readiness plansand Change Management plansforlarge scale initiatives.
+ Proactively resolve or mitigate issues and implement contingency plans; escalate as needed to E2E PM, projectleadershipand business stakeholders.
+ Lead Operational Readiness calls andidentifycross-initiative dependencies/impacts.
+ Ensure creation and execution of SOPs, job aids, training materials, and other documentation to support business readiness and successfulgo-live.
+ Collaborate with business teams to assess staffing models and readiness for operational changes.
+ Deliver tailored written and verbal status updates to various audiences.
+ Facilitate pre- and post-go-live checkpoint calls andestablishCommand Centers for major launches.
+ Coordinate KPI/metric planning and ensure reporting is in place tomonitorgo-live success.
+ Support post-go-liveissuetriage and coordination to ensuretimelyresolution.
+ Ensure business process testing criteriaisdefined/documented, testing is executed, and defects are resolved. Ensure Business review and sign-off received on business test evidence.
+ Support the planning and execution of 1/1 US Employer Portfolio Leadership Command Center and other partnering Enterprise Command Centers.
+ Support lessons learned. Provide recommendations to improve the US Employer Portfolio Operational Readiness process and contribute toongoingprocess improvements within the role.
+ Maintain and enhance Operational Readiness Playbook, templates, and team documentation.
+ Support Cigna Pharmacy Issues Management process and drive assigned issues to closure.
**Qualifications**
+ 7+ years of experience in operational readiness,project management,and/orchangemanagement
+ Skilled in core project management practices including PMBOK and Scaled Agile Framework(PMP and Safe Agile certifications are aplus)
+ Healthcareand/orPharmacy experiencerequired
+ Proven ability tooperateeffectively in a highly matrixed organization.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 109,600 - 182,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
