Inside Parts Sales
Join the team at West Michigan International (WMI) and K&R Truck Sales, a locally-owned group of companies dedicated to providing top-notch services in the truck dealership industry. With five locations across West Michigan, we pride ourselves on our extensive service department, complete body shops, parts delivery, mobile service trucks, towing, and a laser focus on customer service. We are currently seeking a 2nd shift Inside Parts Sales Representative to contribute to our commitment to excellence. This 2nd shift role offers a Monday-Friday 4pm to midnight and rotating Saturday schedule, a positive work environment, and a generous benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Identify and sell heavy-duty truck parts
- Ensure inventory levels are maintained and accurate
- Uphold the cleanliness and appearance of the business
- Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty parts is preferred
- Excellent oral and communication skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Customer-focused with a confident, positive attitude
- Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Ability to lift, carry and move more than 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
