Maintenance Technician
Job Summary: We are an Assisted Living Facility looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician who will assist the Maintenance Team in maintaining the condition and appearance of our grounds, buildings and various equipment on site. Successful Candidates: * Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical and HVAC equipment
- Responsible for daily snow removal and salting in the winter months
- Set up rooms for various Resident activities
- Help with remodeling and carpentry work of resident rooms and apartments
- Maintain proper and acceptable maintenance responsibilities as guided by standards
- Training and/ or experience working in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry
- Minimum two years of recent experience working in a fast-paced, high quality environment
- Reliable transportation every single day
- 32-40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday, occasional evening/ weekends
- Day Shift, typically 9a-5p
