About the Role

We are seeking a Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from planning through completion. In this role, you’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and laborers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. This position is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Develop project schedules and cost-effective plans.
• Create and manage preconstruction estimates and budgets.
• Coordinate and schedule tradespeople, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Inspect work for quality and timeliness; provide progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with permits, licenses, and specifications.
• Monitor budgets and communicate variances.
• Maintain accurate records of costs and inventory.
• Conduct safety audits and address any violations.
• Mentor and train supervisors to ensure consistent management practices.
• Travel to various job sites and attend client and project meetings.
• Use computer software daily for communication, reporting, and documentation.
• Verify procurement schedules and installation compliance.
• Monitor productivity and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain consistent on-site presence.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of safety standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with computer software (email, spreadsheets, word processing).
• Willingness to travel to job sites regularly.
