Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations (servers, networks, storage).
• Administer and support specialized manufacturing systems, including MES, SCADA, and PLC connectivity.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies for both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Ensure robust backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans for production data and systems.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide rapid resolution to minimize production downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on IT integration for new equipment and process improvements.
• Perform regular system audits, patching, and upgrades to maintain system security and optimal performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy management.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V) and enterprise storage solutions.
• Strong networking skills including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPNs, and firewall administration.
• Familiarity with manufacturing-specific software (e.g., MES, ERP integration) and supporting OT infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability in scripting (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and system management.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices, data backup, and disaster recovery strategies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) or Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
• Familiarity with SCADA, PLC, or HMI systems.
• Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP).
• Experience supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP integration with production.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices specific to OT environments.
