IT Corporate Staffs is looking for an experienced IT Product Manager to support the PolicyOps+ Knowledge Management mission and craft an IT strategy for Enterprise Matter Management, Document Management, e-Billing, e-Discovery, and Contact Lifecycle Management. He/she/they will collaborate directly with business partners, architecture teams, and development teams to identify best-fit IT applications and AI solutions to drive efficiency, quality, and accuracy for end-users.
What you'll do...
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop an IT strategy for the Knowledge Management mission, with accompanying product visions and roadmaps
• Lead Customer Value Stream sessions to map current v. future process flows and determine supporting IT solutions
• Research/evaluate external IT products and Al solutions in the market. Organize proof of concepts (POCs) to determine viability of products/solutions
• Pivot quickly and continue to deliver on project commitments
• Manage complex products/systems requiring cross-functional integration with multiple systems and teams
• Work in a collaborative manner with an experienced team of business customers
• Communicate succinctly and effectively with stakeholders
• Self-motivated and creative

5+ Years of experience
Bachelor`s Degree
Experience working in a quick-paced, exploratory environment
Experience with Design Thinking
Experience Process Flow Mapping
Experience implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools/Solutions

This position is a range of salary grades 7-8.
