Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

We’re looking for someone who can lead by example, keep the team productive, and take ownership of the work from start to finish. If you have landscape maintenance or mowing experience, a positive attitude, and enjoy seeing the results of your work every day, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities of a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage one other employee on site
- Monitor and maintain equipment
- Mow, trim, and edge all properties to contract standards
- Ensure attention to detail in all tasks
Qualifications
- Experience in mowing and using handheld tools
- Ability to work days and occasionally some weekends
- Valid driver’s license
- Chauffeur's License and Valid Medical Examiners Certificate a plus
- Positive attitude
Compensation
$18-$21/hour
