Key Responsibilities:

• Business Growth & Strategy
• • Develop and implement business growth strategies, with a primary focus on partnerships, outside events, chambers, referral groups, and associations.
  • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, including territory expansions, and set clear, actionable paths for business development.
  • Serve as the central liaison between field sales teams, outside events, and marketing and advertising efforts, ensuring all initiatives align with broader company objectives.
• Creative Marketing Leadership
• • Oversee the creative management of digital marketing initiatives, including social media engagement, website presence, and advertising campaigns across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to craft and execute compelling marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility and drive growth.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels and manage the overall creative direction for the company’s marketing materials

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, creative marketing, or a similar role preferred. We will work with candidates that have some of the requirements if the fit is right.
• Strong background in partnerships, events, associations, and referral group dynamics.
• Expertise in digital marketing, including social media, web presence management, and advertising.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
