Salary Range: $118,000 - $167,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of engineering projects, including new product introduction and process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Ensure the development and implementation of robust engineering solutions that meet production targets, safety standards, and quality specifications.
• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to support operational goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, supply chain, and R&D teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Establish and maintain engineering best practices, standards, and documentation within the manufacturing environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) with 7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and management experience, including building, mentoring, and developing high-performing engineering teams.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex engineering projects from concept through successful implementation within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies for process optimization and efficiency.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, automation technologies, and equipment maintenance best practices.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Expert certification
• Hands-on experience with major ERP (e.g., SAP) and PLM systems
• Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies such as additive manufacturing, robotics, or IoT integration
• Proven experience managing large-scale capital expenditure projects
• Experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
