Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications/Experience:

• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience within educational settings providing OT services
• Strong skills in both fine and gross motor assessment and interventions
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
• Knowledgeable in school-based OT best practices and documentation
• Clear communication and collaboration abilities with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans focused on fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive techniques
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services on-site and via teletherapy as appropriate
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including teachers and support staff, to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
• Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and student progress per district standards and compliance requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expert recommendations and progress updates
• Engage with families and caregivers to support carryover of strategies at home
