You arrive to the shop floor with a plan: convert complex prints into efficient toolpaths, validate code, and keep production humming. As the go-to CNC Manufacturing Programmer, you’ll translate specifications into high‑quality parts through smart programming and precise setups.

What you’ll do

• Create, refine, and optimize CNC programs for diverse machining operations, focusing on cycle‑time reduction and quality.
• Set up and run CNC equipment, monitoring performance and adjusting offsets and parameters to keep processes stable.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed technical drawings to produce accurate, repeatable code.
• Verify results with in‑process and final quality checks to ensure components meet specifications.
• Partner closely with engineers and production teammates to troubleshoot machining challenges and eliminate root causes.
• Keep programming files, setup sheets, and operational documentation current and organized.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that elevate throughput, consistency, and part quality.

What you bring

• Proven background as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing setting.
• Fluency with CNC controls and programming languages (G‑code, M‑code).
• Strong print reading and interpretation skills across drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
• Sharp troubleshooting ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
