Position: Head Girls Varsity Basketball Coach

Location: Constantine High School – Constantine, MI

Start Date: 2026-2027 School Year (or as soon as filled)

Constantine High School is seeking a dedicated and student-focused individual to lead our Girls Basketball Program as the Head Varsity Coach. The successful candidate will provide leadership, organization and vision to build a competitive program that emphasizes player development, teamwork, academic success and community impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all areas of the Girls Basketball program.
• Develop and implement in-season strategy and offseason development.
• Promote skill development, teamwork and sportsmanship.
• Foster a culture of accountability, leadership and academic success.
• Coordinate with sub-varsity coaches and youth programs.
• Maintain strong communication with players, parents, staff and administration.
• Assist with scheduling, equipment management and program organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous basketball coaching experience
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to student-athlete development on and off the court
• Ability to build positive relationships with the community and feeders programs.
• Michigan teaching certification preferred but not required.

Additional Opportunities
