Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, skilled trades, and administrative roles.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures compliant with labor laws and company standards.
• Lead workforce planning initiatives to address staffing needs, skills gaps, and succession planning.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and cost-effectiveness for hourly and salaried employees.
• Drive safety culture and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and plant safety protocols.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs focused on safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations (e.g., OSHA, FMLA, EEO), and HR best practices.
• Strong background in talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning for production and skilled trade roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Experience with HRIS systems and leveraging HR data for strategic decision-making.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse manufacturing workforce.
• Knowledge of occupational safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and their HR implications.
